Limited Review Report Findings​

The review concluded that nothing came to the attention of the auditors which suggested that the accompanying Statement, prepared according to applicable accounting standards and other recognized accounting practices and policies, did not disclose the required information or contained any material misstatement.

Operational and Governance Context​

During the meeting, management noted that as a Government Company under the Ministry of Defence, the Board reviewed the financials. The review report highlighted that the company has not constituted an Audit Committee nor does it have Independent Directors as mandated by certain provisions of SEBI Regulations and the Companies Act. These financial statements were placed before the Board of Directors instead of the Audit Committee.
