Pune, May 24, 2026: Belrise Industries Limited (BIL), a leading integrated automotive component manufacturer, has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported robust growth, underpinned by its diversified portfolio of safety-critical systems and successful strategic acquisitions in the aerospace sector.

According to the company, adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) saw an increase of 17.2% year-on-year (YoY) in Q4 FY26, and 41.2% in the full fiscal year (FY26).

Operational and Segment Highlights​

The company reported significant growth in its manufacturing segment. For Q4 FY26, Manufacturing Revenue reached ₹ 21,763 Mn, representing a 21% increase from ₹ 17,991 Mn in Q4 FY25. Similarly, Manufacturing EBITDA rose 9% to ₹ 2,800 Mn in Q4 FY26. For the full year FY26, Manufacturing Revenue grew 17% to ₹ 77,346 Mn, up from ₹ 65,938 Mn in FY25.

Management noted that 73.8% of manufacturing revenue originates from powertrain-neutral products, highlighting the company's adaptability to the evolving automotive landscape.

Strategic Expansion in Aerospace​

BIL strengthened its position in the global supply chain by completing its second international acquisition in the aerospace sector. The company acquired Chester Hall Precision Engineering, a UK-based specialist that supplies to major global aircraft OEMs and serves as a single-source supplier of space satellite components for a major OEM's satellite programme.

The acquisition of Chester Hall, alongside a previous acquisition of SDM in France, significantly deepens BIL's presence in global aerospace supply chains. The business specializes in machining advanced materials, including titanium and aluminium grade 7, with precision tolerances below 0.1-0.2 microns. The acquisition of Chester Hall was completed for a consideration of £13.2 million.

New Business and Order Book Wins​

The company secured multiple key orders expected to support future growth and market share expansion:

  • Two and Three Wheeler Segment: BIL secured a large order from a fast-growing two-wheeler and three-wheeler OEM for exhaust systems and fuel tanks. Production for this program is anticipated to start from a brownfield expansion at its Bangalore facility in Q2 FY27.
  • Japanese OEM: BIL won a major order from a Japanese OEM for complete exhaust systems and associated components. This program is expected to generate peak annual revenues of approximately ₹ 220 crore, with production slated to begin in Q4 FY27.

Management Commentary​

Mr. Shrikant Badve, Managing Director of Belrise Industries Limited, commented on the performance, stating that FY26 marked the company's first full year as a listed entity, with the results validating the operating model and sustained growth capability. He added that content per vehicle improved meaningfully, noting increases of approximately 65-70% in two-wheelers and 40-45% in four-wheelers and CVs.

BIL also confirmed that the board approved the merger of two group entities at close to book value, aimed at simplifying the corporate structure and improving operational efficiency. BIL's current facilities span 24 manufacturing locations across 9 states in India and two countries outside India.
