Befound Movement Limited, formerly known as Regency Trust Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's Securities Dealing Code and pertains to the upcoming declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly released.
