BCL Industries Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure​

Bathinda, India – March 24, 2026 – BCL Industries Ltd. announced today that it will close its trading window for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons/insiders, and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed starting April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared.

The company confirmed adherence to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circulars no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022, and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding trading window closures and restrictions on trading by designated persons and their relatives.

The date for the board meeting to declare the audited financial results will be announced at a later date.
