Barflex Polyfilms Limited to Acquire 100% of Rohit Poly Foams Private Limited
Barflex Polyfilms Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Rohit Poly Foams Private Limited at a meeting held on April 1, 2026. The acquisition will make Rohit Poly Foams Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Barflex Polyfilms Limited.The Board also appointed Mr. Jaiwant Bery and Mr. Krishan Mohan Pandey to the Board of Directors of Rohit Poly Foams Private Limited.
Rohit Poly Foams Private Limited, incorporated on September 3, 2021, is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It carries on the business of manufacturing and dealing in plastic bags, polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, and allied foam products. The company’s turnover for the financial year 2024-2025 was Rs. 187,82,000. The turnover for 2023-2024 and 2022-2023 were Rs. 0.00 for both years.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by April 15, 2026. Barflex Polyfilms Limited will pay Rs. 2,80,00,000 in cash to acquire 200,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 14 per share.
According to an annexure released by the company, the initiative is expected to drive the holding company’s business expansion and enable exploration of overseas markets and customer base.
