Banswara Syntex Board Approves FY2026 Results, Recommends Final Dividend and Major Board Changes​

The audited Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities as of March 31, 2026, reports Total Assets at 1,26,813.26 lakhs, compared to 1,19,546.56 lakhs the previous year. Total Equity and Liabilities stand at 1,27,219.79 lakhs.

Director Re-appointments:

  • Mr. Ravindrakumar Toshniwal (DIN: 00106789) as Vice-Chairman and Whole-Time Director.
  • Mr. Shaleen Toshniwal (DIN: 00246432) as Managing Director.

New Independent Director:
Mr. Udeypaul Singh Gill (DIN: 00004340) was appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. His term is set for five consecutive years, from May 20, 2026, to May 19, 2031.

Auditor and Auditor Changes:
The Board also approved the re-appointment of external auditors:
  • M/s. Ankit Maheshwari & Associates (FRN: 015518C) were re-appointed as Chief Internal Auditor for the Financial Year (FY) 2026-27.
  • M/s. K.G. Goyal & Company (FRN: 000017) were re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27, subject to ratification of remuneration by the shareholders.

Mr. Ketan Kumar Dave resigned from the position of Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective May 19, 2026.
