Bank of India Announces Closure of Trading Window​

Mumbai – Bank of India has announced the closure of its trading window for directors and designated persons, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the bank’s internal code of conduct for preventing insider trading.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the bank's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

The date for the upcoming board meeting, where the aforementioned financial results are scheduled to be approved, will be communicated to the stock exchanges at a later time.

Bank of India stock trades on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. under Scrip Code BANKINDIA and on the BSE Ltd. under Scrip Code 532149.
