The transaction involves the sale of a substantial stake held by Caramel Point Investments India Private Limited to BNP Paribas Cardif.According to the details, Caramel Point Investments India Private Limited is transferring 25.96% of its stake in IFLIC. This transfer is set to be completed following the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 24, 2026, and remains subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
The Bank confirmed that there are no changes regarding its shareholding or controlling interest within IFLIC as part of this stake transfer process.
