The board analyzed the Consolidated Guidelines on general principles and mechanism for Capital Restructuring of CPSEs, which were issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, bearing Office Memorandum no. F.No. 5/2/2016-Policy dated November 18, 2024.Following a detailed deliberation on the guidelines, the Board of Directors concluded and decided not to recommend the Splitting of Equity Share Capital of the company.
