Balmer Lawrie Board Decides Not to Recommend Issue of Bonus Shares​

Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors, during an adjourned meeting held on May 17, 2026, resolved not to recommend the issue of Bonus Shares.

The decision followed a deliberation by the Board concerning compliance with the Consolidated Guidelines on general principles and mechanism for Capital Restructuring of CPSEs. These guidelines are detailed in the Office Memorandum bearing no. F.No. 5/2/2016-Policy, dated November 18, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management.

The Board meeting resumed on May 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. and concluded in the afternoon.

BALMLAWRIE Stock Price Movement​

On Friday, Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited shares edged higher to close at ₹194.54, marking a gain of 0.21%. The stock traded during the day on a high of ₹199.41 and a low of ₹193.76, concluding with a substantial volume of 473,577 shares.
