Bajaj Healthcare Limited Announces Sale of Undertaking to Bethany Pharmacare
Bajaj Healthcare Limited announced on March 17, 2026, that it has signed a Deed of Assignment and Transfer with Bethany Pharmacare Private Limited for the sale of an undertaking located at Plot No. L-9/3, MIDC, Tarapur, Taluka Boisar, District Palghar, Maharashtra.The transaction, which does not involve any related parties, will result in a consideration of approximately Rs. 2.50 Crores. The completion of the sale is contingent upon the fulfillment of conditions outlined in the Deed of Assignment and Transfer.
The undertaking was not operational during the last financial year, resulting in nil turnover or revenue contribution.
Shareholders had previously approved the transaction on August 05, 2023, through a postal ballot notice dated June 28, 2023, in compliance with regulation 37A of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
