Bajaj Finance Limited Appoints Tushar Deb as Senior Management Personnel​

Bajaj Finance Limited announced that Tushar Deb has been classified as a Senior Management Personnel, effective April 1, 2026. He will assume leadership responsibilities as Executive Vice President - Debt Management Services (DMS).

Tushar Deb brings over 25.5 years of experience across credit cards, consumer finance, personal loans, and retail lending, with expertise in Debt Management Services (DMS) functions. He has been associated with Bajaj Finance Limited for over 12.5 years and will oversee the entire Debt Management for the organization, covering B2B, B2C, retail loan portfolios across urban and rural markets, along with compliance, audit, Center of Excellence (COE), and strategy for the function.

Prior to this role, Deb headed the DMS COE at Bajaj Finance, managing capabilities including business intelligence and analytics, systems and IT, legal PMO, vendor management, training and L&D, and data quality. He previously held leadership roles at Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, HSBC, Barclays, ABN AMRO, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Deb holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Gujarat University and a Post Graduate Executive Certificate in General Management from IIM Raipur. He is recognized for his ability to build scalable operations, strong governance frameworks, and high-performing teams.
