Bajaj Consumer Care Limited noted that while the company has received the certified copy of the sanctioning order from the NCLT, it expects to collect the physical copy from the NCLT registry shortly. The company confirmed that the Scheme will be made effective by filing the certified copy of the NCLT order using the e-form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies.
