Kolkata, April 2, 2026: Baazar Style Retail Limited (BSRL), a leading value fashion retailer in Eastern India, announced its business update for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.

The company reported highest-ever standalone revenue from operations in FY26, registering a year-over-year (YoY) growth of 37% to Rs 18,421 million, exceeding its guidance. Standalone revenue from operations increased 35% YoY to Rs 4,662 million in Q4FY26.

Sales Per Square Feet stood at Rs 731 per month in FY26 and Rs 698 per month in Q4FY26. Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) was 3% in FY26 and 8% in Q4FY26.

As of March 31, 2026, BSRL operated 263 stores with a total rental area of 24.53 lakh square feet. The company opened 11 new stores and closed 7 stores during FY26, adding a net of 56 stores. During Q4 FY26, the company opened 11 new stores and did not close any stores.

The revenue from operations for Q4FY26 & FY26 is subject to limited review by the company's statutory auditors.
