B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company’s internal procedures designed to regulate and monitor trading by designated individuals and their immediate relatives, as stipulated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. During this period, trading in the company's equity shares is prohibited for employees, directors, key managerial personnel, designated individuals, and their immediate relatives.
The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results will be announced at a later date.
