B.A.G. Convergence Limited Announces 19th Annual General Meeting and Book Closure Dates​

B.A.G. Convergence Limited has scheduled its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members, setting specific timelines for the meeting itself, share transfer book closure, and e-voting.

The AGM is slated to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

In preparation for the General Meeting, the company has announced the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books. The books will remain closed from Friday, September 18, 2026, to Thursday, September 24, 2026, inclusive, to ensure accurate recording of members for the 19th AGM.

Furthermore, B.A.G. Convergence Limited has set the cut-off date for e-voting at Thursday, September 17, 2026. This deadline is designated for ascertaining the names of shareholders who are entitled to cast their votes electronically, including through Remote e-voting, concerning the business to be transacted at the AGM.
