Ester Industries Limited announced that Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania, a member of the Promoter Group, acquired 756,285 equity shares of the company through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transaction occurred on March 24, 2026, between Mr. Ayush Vardhan Singhania and Mr. Arvind Singhania.This acquisition represents 0.77% of the voting rights in Ester Industries Limited.
