Additional Tier 1 Notes that were originally issued on June 30, 2026. The successful completion of the issuance and allotment aligns with applicable laws.
The AT 1 Notes will be listed across key international financial platforms. They are scheduled to be listed on the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and the Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited.
