Autoline Industries Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its entire stake in Autoline Industrial Parks Ltd (AIPL), its erstwhile material subsidiary. The sale concluded on April 16, 2026, following the terms set out in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated August 08, 2023, executed with MNSC Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd.The transaction involved Autoline Industries Ltd., its Promoters, and Autoline Design Software Ltd (ADSL) transferring all their holdings in AIPL. The successful transfer of stakes occurred upon the receipt of the entire Share Subscription Money as stipulated in the SPA.
Management and Operational Changes
With the completion of the sale, the management control of AIPL has been fully transferred to MNSC Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd. effective April 16, 2026. Consequent to this change, all existing directors associated with Autoline Industries Ltd. on the Board of AIPL have resigned.MNSC Realty & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and is engaged in Real Estate Activities and other business verticals. The company is noted as not belonging to the promoter or promoter group of Autoline Industries Ltd.

The net worth of the subsidiary as on March 31, 2025, was 1,15,83,82,301. The turnover or income of the subsidiary for the last financial year was Nil.The amended agreement for the sale was executed on September 18, 2025, with the expected date of completion of the sale set for April 16, 2026. The sale was confirmed to be a No Related Party Transaction.
