Mumbai – March 27, 2026 – Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has acquired additional shares in Pratap Snacks Limited, as disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).According to a filing, Authum Investment & Infrastructure, which is part of the Pratap Snacks Limited promoter group, purchased 27,027 equity shares through market purchases on March 23, 2026.
Prior to the acquisition, Authum Investment & Infrastructure held 1,02,48,709 shares, representing 42.88% of the total share/voting capital and 42.88% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Pratap Snacks Limited. Following the acquisition, the company’s holding increased to 1,02,75,736 shares, now representing 42.99% of the total share/voting capital and 42.99% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
The total equity share capital of Pratap Snacks Limited is 2,39,00,929 shares, with a face value of Rs. 5 each, totaling Rs. 11,95,04,645. The equity shares acquired are ordinary shares with no special features.
