Operational Highlights and Strategic Wins

The company's operational strength was demonstrated through strategic contract wins across its business units.

Banking and Fintech Segment

Aurionpro secured several key engagements within the financial sector:
  • U.S. Order: The company won a major three-year order worth over USD 33 million from a leading digital insurance payments platform in the U.S. This contract covers platform enhancement, cloud, AI, and data engineering services, strengthening an existing client relationship.
  • Indian Banking Contracts: Aurionpro secured a six-year contract from Ujjivan Small Finance Bank for implementing its flagship iCashpro integrated transaction banking platform. Furthermore, Aurionpro secured a five-year contract from Honda Finance India Pvt. Ltd. for its Integro Lending Suite, which includes the Retail & Dealer Finance modules, the Dealer Portal, FOS App, and the AI module, Arya.

Management Commentary

Ashish Rai, Group CEO of Aurionpro Solutions, commented on the performance, noting that Q1 represented "disciplined execution amid good deal closures and accelerating project revenue conversion."

He stated that while sequential growth was stronger than typically seen in Q1, revenue conversion remains modestly below the company's normal trajectory. This is attributed to transient factors including seasonality, rising input costs due to supply chain disruptions, timing shifts in projects, and geopolitical disruption in MEA. The company expects these effects to normalize over the next one to two quarters.

Mr. Rai highlighted that demand across businesses remains robust, mentioning significant Transaction Banking mandates from a leading Indian bank and strategic wins across Transit and Data Centre solutions. He added that while pipeline traction is building through expansion into Southeast Asia and Europe, Enterprise AI offerings from Arya.ai are experiencing strong demand in banking and insurance sectors.

"We are entering a platform shift in banking software," Rai said, noting the move towards systems that "reason, learn and act" powered by AI. He emphasized that Aurionpro is building an AI-native banking stack to capitalize on this opportunity and accelerate revenue conversion throughout the year. The CEO concluded that with a strong order book and improving project momentum, the company expects growth to build through the year and accelerate meaningfully in the second half.
