ASMS Expands Agri-Commerce Network to Hyderabad with AYOU Rollout

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS) announced the expansion of its agri-supply and aggregation platform, operating under the AYOU brand, into Hyderabad. This move marks a key development in scaling the company's post-harvest infrastructure and market linkage capabilities as part of Project AVIO Agritech.

Following a strategic investment in Shree NagaNarasimha Pvt Ltd (SNN), which manages operations under the AYOU brand, ASMS has been operationalizing and expanding the platform beyond its established base in Bengaluru. As part of this growth phase, AYOU has commenced operations in Hyderabad. Progress in the new city includes onboarding supply partners, securing warehouse infrastructure, and establishing connections with major offtakers across the quick commerce, modern trade, and institutional segments. The official commercial launch of operations in Hyderabad is anticipated in early May 2026.

AYOU currently maintains a strong operational base in Bengaluru. The platform utilizes well-integrated supply chains and strong demand partnerships, catering to leading quick commerce and retail players. These customers include Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, KPN Fresh, and other large-format buyers operating within modern trade and institutional channels. This integration on the demand side has been crucial in driving scale and operational discipline.

The Hyderabad rollout is positioned as the first major geographic expansion following ASMS's investment, highlighting the platform's capability for multi-city execution. The new Hyderabad operations are structured to replicate AYOU's proven model, concentrating on structured aggregation, quality-driven supply, and technology-enabled warehouse management. With preparatory work completed for infrastructure and partnerships, the expansion is set to facilitate efficient sourcing, aggregation, and distribution of fresh produce in a major consumption hub.

This expansion supports ASMS's broader objective of developing a distributed, technology-enabled agri-commerce ecosystem through Project AVIO Agritech. By combining physical infrastructure with digital intelligence, the company aims to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce post-harvest losses, and strengthen connections from farmers to the market.

Vidyasagar Reddy, Managing Director of Avio Smart Market Stack Limited, commented that the investment in AYOU focuses on building a scalable, execution-focused agri platform with strong integration across supply and demand. He noted that the expansion into Hyderabad represents a significant milestone, showcasing both operational readiness and the ability to replicate the model across different markets.

AYOU functions as an agri-supply and aggregation platform, sourcing fresh produce directly from farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) before supplying it to quick commerce, modern trade, retail, and institutional clients nationwide. Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS) is described as a rural financial inclusion and technology company dedicated to building integrated rural commerce and agri-tech platforms under Project AVIO.
