Asian Warehousing Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Asian Warehousing Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for regulating insider trading and fair disclosure, and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
Designated persons, along with their immediate relatives and connected persons, have been instructed not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
The date for the upcoming board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be communicated to the BSE Limited in due course.
