Mr. Acharya has extensive experience in the banking sector, possessing a qualification including first class B.Sc (Hons) and an M.Sc (Hons), as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personal Management. His professional background includes over 37 years of banking experience, with more than 20 years focused on Credit Appraisal and Credit Monitoring.

Operational Status and Financial Health​

In reviewing the company’s operations, management stated that the standalone financial results were prepared on a going concern basis, despite current liabilities exceeding current assets. The company attributed this resilience to significant improvements in operating performance during the recent period and ongoing cost optimization measures.

Furthermore, the Group’s liquidity and overall financial position have strengthened following an equity infusion of INR 76,494 Lakhs, which helped reduce debt levels and improve capital structure.

The unaudited results are accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, confirming that nothing has come to their attention that indicates a material misstatement in the statements prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34.
