Similarly, Mr. Ashish Ashok Kataria was re-designated as a Joint Managing Director effective August 11, 2026, for the remaining period of his existing tenure up to March 31, 2027. Mr. Kataria, who is a Promoter and Director since joining ABL in 2002, has been instrumental in driving the company's strategic growth and international footprint across various markets, including projects in Maldives, Bangladesh, Guyana, Benin, Angola, Liberia, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
