Ashish Kumar Khetan and Madhumita Daolagupu Appointed as Part-Time Non-Official Directors of Hindustan Copper Limited
Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has welcomed the appointment of two individuals, Shri Ashish Kumar Khetan and Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu, to its Board of Directors. The appointments were conveyed by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, as per an Order dated 14 August 2026.Shri Ashish Kumar Khetan and Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu have been appointed as Part-Time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on the Board of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL). The appointments are set for a period of three years, effective from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
The Ministry of Mines has conveyed these appointments under its Order No. Met.310/2/2020-Met.III dated 14.08.2026.
Hindustan Copper Limited will now take the necessary steps to complete all statutory formalities related to the appointment of Shri Ashish Kumar Khetan and Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu.
