ASGARD ALCOBEV LIMITED Appoints New Directors and Executives
ASGARD ALCOBEV LIMITED, formerly known as Banganga Paper Industries Limited, announced several key appointments following a Board of Directors meeting held on March 19, 2026.The Board appointed Mr. Ronak Jain as an Additional Director (Executive, Non-Independent) and subsequently as Managing Director (Executive Director), pending shareholder approval. Ms. Priyanka Jain was also appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). Additionally, Mr. Binit Singhania was appointed as an Additional Director (Finance Director) (Executive, Non-Independent) and as Chief Financial Officer.

All appointed Directors have confirmed they are not related to any other Director and are not subject to any debarment as per SEBI Circular.
