Asahi India Glass Completes Sale of Stake in Under Par Sports Technologies
Asahi India Glass Limited announced the completion of the sale of a 34% stake held by AIS Consumer Glass Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of the company, in Under Par Sports Technologies Private Limited. The transaction concluded on March 30, 2026.Under Par Sports Technologies was previously an Associate Company of AIS Consumer Glass Solutions and an Indirect Associate of Asahi India Glass. As a result of the sale, Under Par Sports Technologies no longer holds these designations, effective March 30, 2026.
The sale follows an initial announcement made on March 24, 2026. No changes have been made to the previously disclosed information regarding this transaction.
