Arvind Port and Infra Limited, formerly known as Arvind and Company Shipping Agencies Limited, has appointed Ms. Bhavika Sanghani as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The appointment was made during the Board meeting held on August 7, 2026.

Ms. Bhavika Sanghani brings extensive experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliances to the role. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). With over eight years of experience, she has worked across listed, unlisted, and group companies.

Her expertise covers various aspects of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Ms. Sanghani’s background includes serving as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Assistant Company Secretary, and Independent Director. She possesses deep knowledge in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Secretarial Standards, and ROC compliances.

Areas of Ms. Sanghani’s professional expertise include statutory records maintenance, corporate restructuring, charge management, IPO-related compliances, board and shareholder meetings, and the drafting of corporate documents. She holds strong capabilities in listed entity compliances under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with proficiency in stock exchange filings and maintaining statutory records.
