The company reported robust growth in revenue and profitability, driven by its integrated, asset-light business model, disciplined execution, and improving mix across services and manufacturing segments.

Segment Performance and Growth Drivers​

The quarter underscored Arisinfra’s strategic focus on high-margin, capital-efficient business segments.

Contract Manufacturing accounted for 53% of revenue in the quarter, marking an 83% year-on-year increase to ₹1,540 million, up from ₹839 million in Q1 FY26. Simultaneously, the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) business grew by 48% year-on-year, reaching ₹277 million from ₹187 million in Q1 FY26. The portfolio under DaaS execution expanded to include Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹18,391 million across 10 active projects.

In major business wins, the company secured a project mandate worth ₹650 Cr GDV under Developer-as-a-Service for the Wadhwa Wise City integrated township in Panvel, which was noted as one of its largest DaaS engagements to date. Additionally, Arisinfra secured a ₹79 crore work order from J. KumarNCC Joint Venture for the Goregaon -Mulund Link Road Twin Tunnel Project in Mumbai.

The Asphalt business also demonstrated scaling, with revenue rising to ₹529 million from ₹299 million in Q4 FY26, and the customer base expanding from 28 to 38. Customer retention remained high, improving to 82% compared to 78% in the previous quarter.

Operational Scale and Technology Integration​

Arisinfra continued to enhance its integrated procurement and execution platform across India. The company served 3,412 customers through a network of 2,229 sourcing vendors spanning 1,192 PIN codes in 23 States and Union Territories.

Operationally, the platform manages over 10 Contract Manufacturing plants with reserved manufacturing capacity exceeding 9 million MTPA (Million Metric Tonnes). Cumulative material deliveries across project sites have surpassed 24 million metric tonnes, supported by more than 800 daily deliveries. The company is committed to enhancing operational efficiency through its proprietary AI suite, CARA AI and ArisGPT, which are utilized for credit assessment, execution visibility, and process improvement.
