Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced the receipt of necessary observation letters from both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) concerning its proposed Scheme of Amalgamation. The company is amalgamating with Arisunitern Re Solutions Private Limited (AUSPL).

The Transferee Company, Arisinfra Solutions Limited (ASL), received a "No Objection" letter from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on July 20, 2026. Additionally, BSE Limited issued its "No Adverse Observations" letter concerning the amalgamation scheme dated July 17, 2026.

The Scheme involves the Amalgamation of Arisunitern Re Solutions Private Limited (AUSPL) with Arisinfra Solutions Limited (ASL). The receipt of these clearances from the Stock Exchanges is a crucial step toward the process of the scheme becoming effective.

While ASL confirmed receiving both favorable letters, the company noted that the Scheme's final effectiveness remains conditional upon obtaining all requisite statutory, regulatory, and other approvals. These include approval from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), as well as consent from shareholders and creditors, where applicable.

Today, shares of Arisinfra Solutions Limited edged higher in the post-market session, settling at ₹114.86 after gaining 3.32%. The stock closed amid heavy trading activity, with a volume of 588,962 shares recorded as it moved up from its intraday low of ₹110.39.
