ARIS and Capacité Infraprojects Ink Five-Year MoU for ₹ 800 Crore Construction Material Procurement

Arisinfra Solutions Limited and Capacité Infraprojects Limited, a major construction contractor, have formalized a significant partnership. The companies entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at procuring construction materials worth ₹ 800 Crore over a five-year period through the ARIS platform.

This long-term commitment is noted as one of the first structured procurement agreements of its kind within the Indian construction industry. Under the MoU, Capacité Infraprojects formally commits its procurement needs to the ARIS platform on a multi-year basis.

The collaboration builds upon a strong existing business relationship. The two companies have previously transacted over ₹ 600 Crore worth of construction materials across more than 15 project sites. This accumulated relationship has covered over 100 material SKUs, including stone aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, electricals, plumbing, and various other construction materials, supported by a vendor network comprising over 500 suppliers on the ARIS platform.

Ronak Morbia, Chairman & Managing Director of ARISINFRA SOLUTIONS LIMITED, highlighted the significance of this deal, stating that the construction materials industry has traditionally operated entirely on spot transactions without forward commitments or visibility. He emphasized that this type of long-term, structured arrangement, where a contractor locks in its procurement onto a technology platform for a defined, multi-year period, is unique.

Reshaping Construction Procurement

The ARIS platform functions as a technology-enabled operating layer for the construction industry. It allows developers and contractors to access end-to-end materials supply, supply chain infrastructure, and execution capabilities across diverse categories, sites, and geographies.

Historically, material procurement in India was characterized by informality, being fragmented, opaque, and managed through site-by-site, day-by-day exercises, often lacking price visibility or supply guarantees.

The new model addresses this structural gap by aggregating demand across a network of contractors and utilizing a technology platform to manage fulfilment. By applying a structured, multi-year commitment model to the demand side—a discipline previously used by the company in securing long-term manufacturing capacity—the partnership aims to build the trust infrastructure required for sustained, large-scale commitments.

Arisinfra Solutions Limited is positioned as a platform that aggregates supply and manages procurement logistics, while Capacité Infraprojects Limited remains a leading contractor known for delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across India.

ARIS Stock Price Movement

Today, Arisinfra Solutions Limited shares edged higher to close at ₹113.87, marking a 1.16% gain. The stock saw notable market activity, finishing its trading day on a total volume of 301,115 shares.
