Mumbai, May 28, 2026: Arihant Academy Limited announced on this date that its Board of Directors approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board meeting also recommended a Final Dividend and appointed a new internal auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 20% (Rs. 2/- per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

In operational updates, the company also entered into a supplementary agreement dated May 20, 2026. Under this agreement, Arihant Academy Limited acquired an additional 25.50% stake in Zen Education and Learning (Partnership firm). This transaction increases the company's total stake to 51.00%, establishing Zen Education and Learning as a subsidiary effective April 1, 2026.
