Aries Agro Ltd. has announced a trading window closure for its equity shares, effective April 1, 2026. The closure applies to all directors, officers, designated employees, and employees of the company.The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
