Mr. Thakor holds a graduation degree and brings over three years of experience in business development and team leadership. He is not currently a director of any other listed or unlisted entities and is not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
Meanwhile, Mr. Karan Vidhyutbhai Purani resigned from his position as Executive Director, effective March 25, 2026. Ms. Nidhi Kumari Prajapat also resigned from her position as Independent Director, effective March 25, 2026. Both individuals confirmed that their resignations are due to pursuing other professional opportunities and that there are no other material reasons for their departures.
