Archidply Decor Ltd. Promoter Group Executes Schemes of Amalgamation
Archidply Decor Ltd. has announced that its promoter group entities have received approval for two Schemes of Amalgamation from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Guwahati Bench. This internal restructuring aims to consolidate shareholding within the promoter group.The Schemes approved by the Tribunal involve the following pairings:

Following the implementation of the approved schemes, the shareholding structure undergoes a consolidation:
- The shareholding previously held by Ravi Marketing and Services Private Limited will vest in Assam Timber Products Private Limited.
- The shareholding held by Vanraj Suppliers Private Limited will now vest in Sri Shyam Tea Private Limited.
The company noted that the Schemes of Amalgamation shall become effective only upon the filing of the certified copy of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies.
In terms of the overall company standing, Archidply Decor Ltd. stated that the restructuring is internal to the promoter group. The company confirmed there will be no change in the overall promoter group shareholding, nor will there be any change in the management or control of Archidply Decor Ltd.
