Aptus Pharma Limited has initiated a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for increasing the company’s authorized share capital and issuing bonus shares. The move, announced on March 26, 2026, follows a board meeting on March 24, 2026.

The company proposes to increase the authorized share capital from INR 71,50,00,000, comprising 71,50,000 equity shares of INR 10 each, to INR 25,00,00,000, divided into 2,50,00,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Simultaneously, the company plans to issue bonus shares in a ratio of 3:2, equivalent to 3 bonus equity shares for every 2 existing shares held.

The BSE Limited website (https://www.bseindia.com) will also host the information.

The resolutions require ordinary resolutions and are being pursued to facilitate future capital infusions and reward shareholder support. The Board of Directors has appointed M/s. Nalin Ganatra, Company Secretaries, as Scrutinizers to oversee the voting process. Results are expected to be declared within two working days of the voting period's conclusion.
