Aprameya Medtech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aprameya Engineering Limited, has entered into an exclusive sales and marketing agreement with Sonoscape Medical India Private Limited. The arrangement focuses on the domestic market, granting comprehensive rights for several key medical devices across specified regions of India.

The partnership covers the exclusive sales and marketing of various products within the Western and Southern Zones of India. These products include MIS Solution (covering models SV-M2K30, SV-M4K30, SV-M4K40, X-2600, SV- M4K120Exp, and SV-M4K220Exp), USG, GI Endoscopy, and CV Intervention systems.

The territories specified in the agreement are detailed below:

The terms of the agreement stipulate that there is no consideration paid or received in this transaction. The commitment to the partnership is set for a duration until March 31, 2027, and is subject to renewal on an annual basis.

This strategic arrangement is expected to significantly benefit Aprameya Medtech Private Limited by enabling market penetration across both the Western and Southern Regions of India. Furthermore, the agreement provides a distinct advantage to the company as it progresses with its own manufacturing plans before full production commences.
