For this latest tranche of shares, the total consideration paid by Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited was Rs. 18.69 crores.
This latest acquisition significantly bolstered the company's stake, increasing its shareholding in AHLL to 100%. Previous reports indicated that the company's shareholding had reached 99.42% following earlier acquisitions of equity shares in AHLL from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and IFC EAF Apollo Investment Company (IFC EAF).
The newly acquired shares had a face value of Rs. 10 each.
