Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. announced that its unlisted material subsidiary, Apollo Healthco Limited (AHL), has acquired 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of Apollo Consumer Products Limited (ACPL). The acquisition involved purchasing 90,000 equity shares of ACPL, with a face value of INR 10 each, at a price of INR 10 per share. This transaction amounted to a total value of INR 9.00 Lakhs.

Following the acquisition, ACPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHL and a step-down subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. The transaction qualifies as a related-party transaction undertaken at arm’s length.

ACPL, incorporated on March 11, 2026, is engaged in the business of trading, distribution, and sale of a wide range of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer products, including food and beverages, personal care, home care, healthcare and wellness products, baby care products, and other daily-use consumer goods. The company plans to utilize multiple channels, including retail, distribution networks, and digital platforms.

The acquisition did not require any governmental or regulatory approvals and has been completed.
