Kolkata – March 26, 2026 – Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited announced leadership changes effective March 28, 2026. Mr. Suresh Kumar, currently serving as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, will retire from the Board at the close of business hours on March 28, 2026, upon completion of his term.Effective March 27, 2026, Mr. Ranjit Kumar Pachnanda, an existing Independent Director, will assume the role of Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
