Operational Growth and Resource Management​

Operationally, the company reported significant growth in waste processing volumes. Total MSW managed grew 15% year over year (YoY), reaching 5.69 million tonnes in FY26.

Quarterly metrics also showed strong year-over-year increases:
  • Q4FY26 Total MSW managed grew 23% YoY to 1.67 million tonnes.
  • Q4FY26 C&T (Collection and Transportation) and Processing volumes grew approximately 6% and 32% YoY, respectively, to 0.52 million tonnes and 1.15 million tonnes.
  • For the full year, C&T and processing volumes grew approximately 9% and 19% YoY, reaching 2.12 million tonnes and 3.60 million tonnes, respectively.

Furthermore, the company noted that FY26 Compost sales reached approximately 15,500 tonnes, while RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) sales reached approximately 1,77,000 tonnes, marking a 20% YoY growth.

Management Commentary and Outlook​

During the year's operations, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited also unlocked a new revenue stream through the monetization of approximately 20% of allocated EPR credits in its first year of PCMC Waste-to-Energy operations.

Mr. Jose Jacob, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, emphasized that FY26 was a defining year for the company, marking its 25th year of operational excellence.

The Board of Directors recommended a maiden dividend of ₹0.50 per share, balancing shareholder rewards with future growth priorities.

Mr. Jacob highlighted that the company's strong performance and record order book underscore the resilience of its business model. He noted that recent key project wins in C&T, processing, and Waste-to-Energy, alongside the partnership with JFE Engineering and the successful merger of AG Enviro, have strengthened the company's long-term platform.

The company confirmed that its progress in sustainability, including strong RDF sales and EPR credit monetization, reinforces its commitment to building a circular, resource-efficient ecosystem.
