Ansal Properties Schedules Committee of Creditors Meeting for Fernhill Project
Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd has scheduled the 54th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) concerning its Fernhill project, located in District Gurgaon, Haryana. The meeting is set to take place on July 10, 2026.The scheduling follows an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLAT), dated January 7, 2026. This NCLAT ruling confined the scope of the Adjudicating Authority regarding the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process to the Fernhill project in Gurgaon. The company had initially been admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on November 16, 2022, by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-II.
In addition to the Fernhill project matter, APIL’s ongoing projects are currently managed under resolution processes or approved plans. The company reported that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for projects in Lucknow and Rajasthan is currently being managed by Navneet Kumar Gupta, Resolution Professional, following a settlement agreement dated March 3, 2022, between IL&FS Financial Services Limited and Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.
The Serene Residency Group Housing Project of APIL, which is located in Sector ETA-II, Greater Noida, U.P., is also managed by Navneet Kumar Gupta, Resolution Professional. The resolution plan for this specific project was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench II on October 6, 2025.
