Annvrridhhi Ventures Limited (formerly J. Taparia Projects Limited) announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, are declared.
The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
