Anik Industries Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Anik Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed starting April 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The date for the board meeting to consider the aforementioned financial results will be communicated to the stock exchanges at a later time.
