For the quarter, the company’s revenues stood at ₹ 571.2 crores, reflecting a 15% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the quarter reached ₹ 75 crores, compared to ₹ 44.9 crores in Q3 FY25. PAT demonstrated a robust increase of 94% in the quarter, arriving at ₹ 34.7 crores.
Over the nine-month period (9M FY26), revenues reached ₹ 1,592.5 crores, showing a 12% growth compared to 9M FY25. Correspondingly, EBITDA stood at ₹ 180.7 crores (a 46.2% increase) and PAT stood at ₹ 83.3 crores, marking a strong growth of 70.9%.

Mr. Jagdish Kumar Suri, Chairman & Managing Director of Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd., commented on the results, noting the company’s strong Q3 FY26 performance.Suri highlighted that the company successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which raised INR 440 crores, thereby strengthening the balance sheet and positioning the company for future expansion.
He further stated that the sustained demand momentum and improved execution contributed to the revenue growth in Q3 FY26 (15% YoY) and over the nine-month period (12% YoY). The robust growth in EBITDA was attributed to operating leverage and efficiency improvements, with the EBITDA margin improving significantly to 13.1% in Q3 FY26.
Profitability growth remained strong, with PAT increasing by 94% year-on-year in Q3 FY26.
The company continues to benefit from the shift from the unorganized to the organized segment, enabling it to strengthen its competitive positioning.
