Ambo Agritec Ltd. to Close Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Approval
Ambo Agritec Ltd. announced that it will close its trading window from April 1, 2026, until 48 working hours after the conclusion of a board meeting. The board meeting will address the approval of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.In compliance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124, Ambo Agritec Limited has designated Central Depository Services Limited (CSDL) as the designated Depository Participant. This designation will facilitate restrictions on trading by designated persons through a freeze on their PAN at the security level.
