The incorporation of this entity marks a strategic move by the group into higher-value segments across medical, defense, and aerospace technologies.

IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited collaborated with Mumbai based company Singularity Des Electronics Private Limited to incorporate ILJIN Technologies Private Limited on June 4, 2026. The purpose of this new entity is to serve as a dedicated platform for developing electronics within the medical, defense, and aerospace fields.

The establishment of ILJIN Technologies has positioned it as a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited. IL JIN holds a controlling stake in the newly formed company, making ILJIN Technologies a subsidiary of IL JIN.
