Amba Auto Sales and Services Limited has secured lease agreements to establish new commercial premises for the sale of its various product lines, including Chetak vehicles, KTM motorcycles, and 3-wheeler vehicles. These arrangements support the company's expansion plans within the market.

The leases were executed on July 10, 2026, at a property located at Survey No. 121/1A and 124/1A in Dommasandra-Ramsagar Road, near Chandapura Circle, Bengaluru. The operational details for each product line are outlined below:

Lease Agreements Details​

Chetak Vehicles
The lease agreement for the sale of Chetak vehicles stipulated a term of 10 years. The premises cover an area of 2,550 Sq. Ft. and carry a monthly rent of ₹ 68,850/- (calculated at ₹ 27 per Sq. Ft.). The agreement also includes a refundable security deposit of Rs. 9.00 Lacs. This arrangement is set to increase the monthly rent by 10% after two years.

KTM Vehicles
Similarly, for the sale of KTM vehicles, Amba Auto Sales secured premises at the same location under a 10-year lease agreement. The leased area amounts to 2,550 Sq. Ft., and the agreed monthly rent is ₹ 68,850/- (calculated at ₹ 27 per Sq. Ft.). A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10.50 Lacs was established for this agreement.

3-Wheeler Vehicles
The dedicated premises for 3-Wheeler vehicles, also located in Dommasandra-Ramsagar Road, operate under a 10-year lease term. The size allocated for these operations is 3,825 Sq. Ft. The monthly rent for the 3-wheeler section stands at ₹ 1,03,275 /- (calculated at ₹ 27 per Sq. Ft.) and includes an additional lumpsum of Rs. 15,000 designated for backup area usage. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10.50 Lacs was set for the three-wheeler operation.

The company noted that these leases were executed in the ordinary course of business to facilitate its operational expansion.

AMBAAUTO Stock Price Movement​

Amba Auto Sales and Services Limited shares edged higher on Friday, settling at ₹85.00 after gaining 0.06% in the session. The stock saw a modest trade volume of 5,000 shares during the closed market.
