
Alok Bansidhar Shriram Acquires Shares in DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited

The acquisition involved 9,58,802 shares from Rudra Shriram, 14,56,332 shares from Kanika Shriram, and 41,38,462 shares from Karuna Shriram. The transactions were inter-family gifts among immediate relatives, intended for consolidation of holdings.
The acquisitions represent 1.10% of the diluted share capital from Rudra Shriram, 1.67% from Kanika Shriram, and 4.76% from Karuna Shriram.
